My inspiration in writing his
book about World War II was the knowledge of some stories that have never been told. In the first
story, I mention that a Messerschmitt 109 was taken to Wright-Patterson Air Base. I saw several World
War II airplanes there that were American, German and Japanese. These stories have some facts or what I like to use,
the term fictonal facts or factual fiction. There are many stories about World War II, after all, 16 million men and
